You can check your roaming usage while abroad in a couple of ways, depending on whether you're roaming in the EU or outside of it.

EU Roaming (inclusive destinations)

If you're roaming in an EU inclusive destination, your usage (calls, texts and data) will come from your regular allowance. You can monitor this in real time by:

• Logging into the iD Mobile app
• Going to Usage or Bills
• Viewing your data, calls and texts breakdown

This will show you exactly how much of your allowance you've used while roaming.

Outside EU (e.g. Rest of World roaming)

For non-EU destinations, usage is charged separately and you may also be using add-ons. You can still track usage via:

• The iD Mobile app / online account (usage section)
• Your account bill cap tracker, which helps monitor and control spend
• Checking your roaming add-on status (if active)

Please note that usage updates can sometimes have a short delay when you're abroad.
