Why am I being charged for out if bounds fees when it is included in my package?

Hello,

 

I just joined and got a SIM card for me and my daughter. My daughter is traveling in Italy and the bill shows a £25 out of service fees. Her SIM was activated this past Monday 13th July.

 

When I check, your own website says Italy is included in the data,texts,calls bundle.

 

If this is an error, then please advise on how to have it removed
