Hi @Technolight

I’m really sorry to hear you’ve had trouble with your service after crossing into Brussels. I understand how important it is to stay connected while travelling.

From what you’ve described, the issue is likely related to roaming network selection and/or account settings.

To help get this working again, please check the following:

  • Roaming is switched ON in your iD Mobile app/account settings
  • Your Bill Cap is set to £0, which helps prevent any out-of-plan restrictions affecting roaming
  • Manually select a network in Belgium we partner with BASE and Orange Belgium, so please try connecting to one of these networks if it doesn’t connect automatically

Once connected to a partner network, service should resume as normal for calls, texts, and data.

If it still doesn’t work after trying this, let me know and I can look into it further for you.

Same experience here, everything fine in France, cross the border into Belgium and poof, it’s gone. I tried both the recommended partners, BASE and Orange Belgium, both flash a brief 4G and then it disconnects. It doesn’t work for my husband either. The support people are lovely, but will just keep you busy with random stuff to ‘try’ until you give up, but I think they know it just won’t work. I don’t believe that ID.Mobile actually have any working partners in Belgium currently.

The same is true in Germany:

The list of countries where this doesn’t work is growing for me, and will be the reason I have to leave ID.Mobile later this year...
