why is it so hard to get support from ID mobile!!!

Why is it so hard to get help from id...! 

Three week now spending HR after HR on the chat lines and it complaint lines…

Oh and dealing with the scummy Scammer who are being allowed to hide on this community board.... YES scammers are reading and responding to your messages... And will contact you directly if they can…

 

ID know this and well, don't seem to care.…

 

The issue started as a roaming one and turned in to a fraud one.  After an hour on one chat I had to give up and go back to work.... 

ID should be all over fraud....!!!

 

I'm leaving ID as they have breach contract... I hope someone at ID actually takes note as so far they don't seem to care....
