why when i have unlimited data do i need to buy more to use anroad when i dont use hardly any that i pay for ?

Why do I need to buy data to go to turkey when I’ve unlimited that I pay for and use next to nothing

    I appreciate why this feels frustrating, especially if you have an unlimited data plan that you don't fully use each month.

     

    However, Turkey isn't included in iD Mobile's inclusive roaming destinations, so your UK data allowance can't be used there in the same way it can in countries that are covered by inclusive roaming.

     

    This means that, even if you have unlimited data in the UK, you'll need to purchase the appropriate roaming option to use data in Turkey.

     

    We'd also recommend setting your bill cap to £0.00 before you travel to help prevent any unexpected charges.
