Will i lose my full roaming data if i upgrade or downgrade my plan

I want to change my plan, but i joined before 2023, so all my data can be used for roaming, if i change the plan now, will i lose that ability (if ID decides to stop the promotion for no roaming cap)

Hi @Jetsky.

Thank you for your post. It actually depends on the size of the new plan you move to, rather than being tied to a specific promotion:

If your new plan is under 30GB, you'll be able to use your full monthly UK allowance while roaming, so on a 10GB plan, for example, all 10GB would be usable abroad.

If your new plan is 30GB or over (including Unlimited), your roaming cap would be capped at 30GB per billing month, even though your UK allowance is higher.

So if you're currently on a plan under 30GB and considering moving to a 30GB+ or Unlimited plan, your roaming allowance would become more limited in comparison.
