Setting up a new direct debit is not working?

Good Afternoon,I was hoping to gain some insight into the new website bugs and issues.When going to set up a new direct debit it allows me to put all my details in, however when i press the confirm button on the bottom, it comes up with the same error everytime that the details cant be saved.Hopefully this gets sorted soon as i would like to set up a direct debit. Hope to hear back from a technician soon.Thank you in advance.kieran akers

No signal for nearly two weeks

Hi in the last two weeks ive gone from having 5G at home to little or no signal at home if i dont connect to my wifi i cannot hse my phone at allIs this a an going issue or normal ? Its almost like everything is good for the 1st month thendown hill!Ive checked the signal and its showed issued on day 1 but doesnt now. Ive rebooted phone reset it anx still the same!! Any assistance would be appericated.

Contract Over But Worse Deal In the App

My contract is over and I'm going on SIM only.In the app I can see 10G and unlimited calls and text for 8p/mIf I go to the website and not logged in, it states offers for existing customers and one at 45G and unlimited calls and texts for 7p/mWhy is it different? If I try login to the website it gives me and error and says I can't change plans.The website has always shown an error for my plan details.

Can’t send or receive sms

I joined id mobile a number of weeks ago and have not been able to send or receive sms since joining. I ported my number from EE.i can send and receive iMessages, but not sms, which makes me think it’s a network issue. Can anyone help!?  I can make and receive calls without any problem.

Handset delivery delay nullified redeeming offers

Very annoyed as a newbie to id mobile that the offers I signed up for when pre-ordereing my Galaxy S24+ were refused by Samsung as:1. I couldn't redeem the offers within their time frame as my handset was delayed and only received on 27 March confirming the IMEI number required by Samsung. 2. Despite receiving my handset on 27 March and completing the redemption immediately as the offer ran from 31/01/24 - 27/02/24 and we had until 27/03/24 to redeem.3. I then discovered that Samsung required my redemption application within 30 days of my contract start date which was not communicated at all by id mobile as there was no communication issued as to status of pre-order, etc.4. My contract start date is 9 Feb, my invoice is dated 26 March and my handset was received 27 March with that illusive IMEI number. Samsung were unhelpful. Id mobile have been unhelpful. Frankly frustrated as I thought that the offers were great and enticed me to upgrade my handset and move to id mobile. I was reason

Ho do you find the extras that have been added to the monthly bill on the new app. I have a £9 monthly contract but it's showing £13.25 at the minute and I can't find out what the extra charges are for. I could on the old app!

why has my data allowance been cut in half?

I had to re register in the new app today and now my data allowance has been cut in half, I originally had 120GB which has now dropped to 60GB without any warning. This is very poor.  Also my 4G coverage keeps going in and out for the past 2 days.

Fairfone 4 WiFi calling

This handset is (still) not on the WiFi calling supported list.  When might we expect it to be added, or if unclear, what are the criteria for inclusion?Fairfone release android updates with a healthy cadence, and I'm currently running Android 13.  WiFi calling is all enabled on the handset, but I see no attempt to establish a WiFi call.Would be great to get this added, to ameliorate the apparent degrading mast coverage in RG30.

INCORRECTLY TOLD CAP REACHED

I make little use of my phone and am on the cheapest tariff. I have 215 mins left on phone, 5000 texts left and 1.9 of data. My next payment is due in two days. Why why am I told I’ve reached my cap limit - I can’t make calls.

New SIM, no number

I have transferred from Smarty and bought a new iPhone 15 with an ID mobile SIM. I’m trying to register the IDMobile SIM, but haven’t got an actual number on any paperwork or emails. There was nothing on the SIM packaging either. I’ve tried checking the “my number” in settings, but my old number comes up. I’m absolutely stuck.

porting

I have recieved a SMS on my new ID sim to day porting of old number is complete reset phone which I have done. However my old device with old sim still active (EE) and all my messages are coming through on old sim and when I test my new ID dim it’s showing the new number (not my old number I ported across).the ID app has changed with my old number now on my ID account. Any suggestions what is happening?

incorrect app details

Anyone else had incorrect / unexpected app interactions ? For example I'm on a 40GB plan but the app has updated as 20GB (shows I have 38.4 of 20GBs left !) Also bills render with gobbledygook text - and even when they're downloaded / viewed ?

payment been taken 3 times, trying to find someone to contact

Hi all, First time user of this community.I was recently sent a message informing me that my phone payment was due in 2 days and that I had to pay. I’ve been having issues setting up a direct debit, which has meant these are regular. I attempted to pay but when i attempted to pay I entered the details and got a “Ooops! something went wrong” and never received a confirmation of payment. Two days later my phone got cut and I received the text message and again attempted to pay, but the above happened again, on 2 different cards. Again, neither have received confirmation of payment. Yesterday i attempted again and the same happened, however, I then received a notification from my bank, as ID Mobile have taken 3 separate payments from me for my phone contract this month. This totals £110 in total. I’m a relatively low income job and have a family to support, so every £ is crucial in the current climate. I’m trying to get hold of someone to see how this is resolved, as my balance currently

unlimited calls and texts, but bill cap used

Hello,  I have a plan with unlimited calls and texts plus 60gb of data (I have 67gb remaining due to the rollover from last month). I have just received a message saying that I have used 100% of my cap, but have not been using my phone differently to the last few months. As a side note, all of my bills are up to date and I haven't had any problems with the direct debit going out. Are you able to "unblock" my phone so that I can continue using it for the second half of the month?  Thanks in advance

Hi, my current IDmobile sim contract ended Oct 2023. I have found a cheaper sim only only contract aslo with IDmobile and have ordered the sim. My question is once my new sim is installed will i be charged for 2 contracts. What do i need to do to ensure that im only on my new sim contract
