Gift voucher

Hello, I order a new phone through the ID app and with the upgrade it said I would receive a £100 Currys gift card. I ordered the phone on Friday the 29th of March and have not heard anything about the voucher?

Kind regards

Okay @Jakki Shopland, did you purchase a Pixel 8 handset?

If so, then the voucher should be emailed to you between 09-May-2024 and 08-Jun-2024.

@Tom

I received this email with a link from dvrep.com. Very little other information except the link. I can't find any information about dvrep.com. I'm very dubious about the email, it looks very poor, no company information, no mention of what offer the eGift card for, so I've not opened the link.

It says for help email dvrep.com, I did but got no reply.

Can you confirm if dvrep.com and involved and handling the voucher issue.

Thank you

MalcaK
