2 sim cards later still cant ring any landlines

So I switched to ID 3 months ago . Since I have had it I can’t ring any landlines. I have spent quite literally over 24 hours online over 3 months trying to sort it out . 
 

I have had the latest replacement sim come out and still once again it does not ring landlines . I have unlimited minutes pay my bills via direct debit yet I’m getting no service for what I am paying for . 
 

This seems to be an issue for lots of people on here ! What on earth is the problem ????

    I’m sorry to hear this, it’s just landlines you can’t call?

     

    Are these personal, home landlines you can’t call or landlines for businesses?

     

    How are calls to regular numbers?
