Abysmal Signal, bars but no connection, no data & Horrendous customer service....I want to LEAVE!!!

I need some ID mobile employee support here…...as the customer service to try to sort any problem with this company is absolutely terrible. 

I have an open complaint due to having absolutely no signal at home or in the surrounding area I live, it is rural area so I am used to poor service from most of the providers but as ID are 3 and theoreticaly vodafone, I was hopefull the signal would be good…(according to mobile checker it is)….BUT …..it is terrible. 

Even when I have bars and says 4G…..there is no connection, no data and no calls incoming or outgoing, I assumed all was ok….but seems I have been missing calls. 

….Anyway I raised complaint, ….sent screenshots and information confirming no signal but having to jump through hoops to sort this. ...calls incoming do not connect….tried via chat which is quick to speak to someone but useless in getting anything done…….tried calling the complaints team but waiting for 30-40 mins then get cutoff. 

My husband also moved to ID and has went through the whole process with them …..they agreed they could see technical issue and that there is expended periods of no connection to the network. so after a long prcoess and even sending out physical sim (as advised they are better than an eSIM) ,,,,actually the signal was worse….. they agreed to credit the account & give PAC to allow transfer . 

 

I am now fighting for same but really struggling to get anywhere - I am trying to get them to match my husbands problems to mine and agree same solution )we are separate accounts. but it is almost impossible for anyone to be able to do this….and I am struggling to fix due to the phones connection problems. 

Any assistance from the moderator teams very welcome - I just need someone sensible to look at this and I dont want to have to wait for hours on hold or go through anymore….have your tried airplane mode resolutions!!

Mine is the same !!! Mine doesn't work at all can't make or receive phone calls neither can my husband same network. It's a joke.
