Thanks for posting.  I understand it’s frustrating when the upgrade offers you see don’t feel like they reflect your loyalty.

Please be advised that, as you’re already a paying customer, the upgrades shown to you are calculated by our system based on your current monthly payment and account history.

New customer plans can appear cheaper because we don’t yet have a payment history with them, so we can’t assess whether they can manage smaller or larger amounts; their introductory offers are therefore priced differently.

When your plan expires, the system then calculates your upgrade offer, which is generally higher than the new customer introductory plans.
