Im a very upset customer and I would like to know how much it will cost to get out of my contract as I am sick and tired of the rubbish service ive received from yourselves!!! Constant missed bill dates which is NOT my fault, the fault lays with ID mobile which results in ID mobile cutting off my services which has left me stranded too many times now especially when I was in the middle of the ocean with no mobile services to call for help!!! I've lost count how many times I have detailed my situation and circumstances to ID mobile but it seems that they do not care at all and would rather screw me over every month!!! It seems to me that ID mobile struggle to understand the concept of a specific date for my payment to be taken!! Worst mobile provider ive ever been with and that is a fact! I want my services turned back on as soon as possible where I will pay my outstanding bill tomorrow (14-04-2026) when I put money in the bank to pay it. And then I would like someone from management to call me immediately to discuss my contract termination as I stated above, I am sick to death of being screwed over by ID mobile.

Hi @Adamnorris.

I’m really sorry to hear about the experience you’ve had, especially the impact this has had while you’ve been abroad. I can absolutely understand how frustrating and concerning this must have been for you.

To make sure everything is properly reviewed and resolved, we’ll need to handle this through our Complaints process so your concerns can be fully investigated by the relevant team.

Please contact us directly via Live Chat here: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat and our team will be able to raise a formal complaint for you and ensure all of the issues you’ve mentioned are looked into in detail, including your billing concerns, service interruption, and contract queries.

Once your complaint is logged, it will be assigned to the appropriate team who can review your account and work towards a full resolution with you.
