Brand new customer, poor signal in Central London

I've just become a new ID mobile customer on a SIM 5G contract. I was previously with Vodafone.

I work in central London and need my phone for work. 

I have never had signal issues until becoming an ID customer.

My office postcode is EC1A 

Can you work to improve this area please otherwise I have to move on to another provider?
