Hi 

I am due an upgrade soon and I can get a better deal through Martin Lewis website on ID mobile?

    Hi ​@TDW,

     

    Just so you’re aware, if you take out a new iD Mobile plan through a third-party website, such as a Martin Lewis deal or if you try to upgrade with them, this would create a completely new contract rather than process as an upgrade to your existing one.

     

    As iD Mobile doesn’t support internal number transfers between iD plans, this could mean you’d either end up with two active plans, or a new mobile number on the new contract.

     

    To avoid any issues with keeping your current number, we’d recommend contacting our Sales Team via live chat before placing an order, as they’ll be able to talk you through the best available upgrade options on your existing account.
