So i am currently on an ID mobile sim only plan. I really want to upgrade to a Samsung Galaxy S26 plus (or ultra) but when i go to the available upgrades, only the S26 is listed. I really want to stay with ID as I have enjoyed my customer experience but might be forced to move elsewhere. Is there a way to upgrade to a different mobile to those listed on the app?

The handsets available through the upgrade section can vary depending on your account eligibility and the offers currently available to you. However, our Sales Team may be able to check whether the Samsung Galaxy S26 Plus or Ultra can be offered as an alternative upgrade.
