Your live chat is terrible it's none existent. 

 

I am currently with ID mobile, my contract ends tomorrow so I purchased a new SIM only plan. Can I keep my current number I have with you for the new plan?

If not I want to cancel my new plan so get someone to contact me!!!!!

You can’t keep your old number because you can’t transfer numbers between plans. Therefore, you’ll have to cancel the new plan and upgrade your old one, or perform a triangle port.

Thanks for reaching out. Yes, when you upgrade to a new SIM-only or Handset plan with us, you’ll keep your current number.
You can check in the iD Mobile App to confirm the upgrade.
If your new SIM plan shows there, then everything has gone through correctly. You should also receive an order confirmation email with your order number.
