Hi
I have requested to cancel my contract on the 24/09 and got a confirmate text says my contract ending on 24/10. However two weeks later ID send me another bill and the there is no mention about the end date of my contract.
I have spoken to an online chat agent and he/she said the new end date is now 09/11.
This is absurd, the online chat agent is helpless and took 10 mins to reply a single question.
Can anyone help?
