Cancel contract and ID keeps change the end date

Hi

 

I have requested to cancel my contract on the 24/09 and got a confirmate text says my contract ending on 24/10. However two weeks later ID send me another bill and the there is no mention about the end date of my contract. 

I have spoken to an online chat agent and he/she said the new end date is now 09/11. 

This is absurd, the online chat agent is helpless and took 10 mins to reply a single question. 

Can anyone help?

You will be billed until your line is disconnected. Any overpayment will be refunded once your final bill has been generated. 
 

It appears that the date changed because you initially cancelled your original request and then requested a PAC. You subsequently cancelled the PAC and submitted another cancellation request.
