Hi @SarahC1234

Your account will not disconnect until your new network provider uses the PAC to take over your number. If you do not use your PAC before it expires, your account will remain active until you contact us again to cancel, and you will continue be liable for charges.

You will still receive your next bill as normal unless you use your PAC code.

Your final bill will be produced the day after your number is transferred and will be due within 14 days. If you have an active direct debit please leave it active until the final payment has cleared.

The final bill will include:
 - Any out of plan charges you incur up until the disconnection date.
-The termination fee which also covers the remaining line rental of your contract period.

I hope this helps. Do not hesitate to reach out should you have any other question.

You need to give the PAC number to your new network provider, and they will transfer it over, and your iD Mobile account/line will be closed once the number has ported out.
