Can I speak to a Human, because my daughter is not paying her ID mobile bill I didn't realise until dept collectors found my address because I set it up I'm responsible she was paying it, I've got her mobile but she has all the information and wont speak to me and I set up the phone plan when she was 16yrs, I need to speak to a person as ID will eventually let me put her number in but that's it!!!
