Kindly note that once your PAC code is used by another provider, your contract will disconnect automatically. If you’d prefer a different disconnection method, there are two other options:

STAC code: This cancels your account immediately without keeping the number. You will need to give the STAC code to any other network you’re with besides iD Mobile. If the STAC code isn’t used, the account will stay active, so please don’t choose this option if you can’t provide the code to a different provider.

30-day disconnection: You can keep using the service until the contract disconnects after 30 days.
