Hi I took a esim out on the 14th of January, the signal is bad in my home so I need to to cancel it. In the terms and conditions it said I could cancel within 14 days and just pay for it pro-rarta , I just canceled it and it says 21at of feb?

You need to follow the returns process to cancel using the cooling-off period.
