Can I get a response that makes sense, the ability to no longer speak to a person is so stressful! When you go to a chat, it’s obvious that they are on multiple and have have an inability to retain what you have typed previously!
I have just started a new plan (yesterday). I would like this to be cancelled immediately. There is no clarification from anyone as to whether I will still be charged on top of my old account or whether I will keep my number, the easiest option is to keep my original and cancel the new account that hasn’t been recognised by anyone yet. I was told that credit checks still haven’t been done either!
