Cancellation i no longer have access to the sim

I want to give notice to cancel my contract as it has expired but I never registered on the id mobile app and cannot now register.

As you make it so difficult for me to contact a human being I have cancelled my DDR so you need to contact me to collect final payment.

This is my formal notice to you of cancellation of phone number { REMOVED }. From today 26/8/2026 11.31 BST.
