Question

Cancellation within 30 Days

I’ve recently moved to ID mobile from Vodafone as I assumed that the Three/Vodafone merger would have resulted in the same level of network coverage. Unfortunately this hasn’t been the case and I’m looking to cancel within the 30 day period outlined in my contract documents (as follows)

If you’ve changed your mind and would like to cancel your SIM-only plan, there’s no need to return your SIM card to us or take it back to a Currys store. No matter where you purchased your plan - whether on idmobile.co.uk, by phone, through mobiles.co.uk, carphonewarehouse.com, or Currys - you have 30 days to let us know if you wish to cancel. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.

After contacting ID mobile this morning I was told I’d have to go to mobiles.co.uk (where I purchased the plan from) but they are saying as the contract is with ID mobile I have to talk to them. Both dispute the 30 days even though this is what the contract states.

Any help/advice on what to do next would be hugely appreciated!!
