cancelled by plan but still ongoing

I have contacted live chat 3 times now to cancel my sim only within 7 days of ordering it. But it is still ongoing…: I’ve said to leave online but I don’t want to be charged for it which doing it this way I will be. I don’t want to go on live chat again as they do not seem to solve this problem and seem to be useless. Does anybody have any ideas? Thanks

Hi there ​@AJ89, sorry to hear that. Did the live-chat say they’d help with the return, or are you struggling to get through to an agent?

I got through 3 times. Each time they said they had dealt with it and the contract would be ended but when I looked on my account it was still active and receiving emails welcoming me. 
 

I do have another contract with ID aswell and that’s why I cancelled as had changed my mind.
