I cant get my pac code as it says it has running a problem. Can I get a reply for help please?

    Thanks for reaching out! If you're seeing an error when trying to get your PAC code, we're here to help.

    Please try requesting your PAC code by texting PAC to 65075 from your iD Mobile number. It’s free and usually works instantly. If that doesn't work or you're still seeing an error, you can also request it through the iD Mobile app or website when the issue is resolved.
