cant login or recive tex!!!!

Hi I am trying to log in to my account to cancel my sim as it’s out of contract but I only use it as data in my iPad so the pone is not connected to receive Tex so I can’t get in, this is very frustrating as there are no numbers to ring or I can’t find an email address to get in touch with any one, help would be very much appreciated

    iD Mobile plans are designed for mobile phones not tablets routers or smartwatches. To receive a code simply insert the SIM card into a phone. Don’t want to do that? Use live chat!

    If your broadband is received via a 4G/5G router check in the settings, as most have a

    setting to enable sending/receiving texts.
