cant receive texts or calls from Vodafone numbers

Since leaving Vodafone 3 years ago to ID I can not receive texts or phone calls from Vodafone numbers.  I an call and text them but I don't receive anything back. I have told ID ON MANY OCCATIONS and every contact asks for the same information and nothing gets resolved. This is now impacting my life hugely. Contact with ID is hopeless. I am worried if I leave ID then this issue may remain! I need this sorting ASAP.
