Here are ways to view your plan end date:

Using the App or Website

• Open the iD Mobile app or go to my.idmobile.co.uk
• Log in to your account.
• Go to the Plan section.
• Tap or click on Contract details to see your start date, duration, and end date.

Other Methods

• Text: From your iD Mobile number, text INFO to 85075. You’ll receive your contract info.
• Email/Post: Check for end-of-contract notifications (ECNs) from iD Mobile, usually sent 10–40 days before your contract ends.
• Support: If you can’t access your account, call iD Mobile or use their Live Chat for help.
