After several attempts to deal with the credit issue I gave in.  ID Mobile cancelled my order for a sim only contract as a result of a failed credit check again.  This despite me having a score of 999/1000 on Experian and 904/1000 on Equifax.  ID say try again in 3 months and the credit checking agencies are not able to help.  ID bounced me to Equifax who have zero negative info on me apparently.  I gave up.

Guess who’s supplying me now?
