DOB and PAC - iD not providing me with a PAC

Hello - I’ve submitted a text message to obtain a PAC and you are asking for my DOB. Which doesn’t appear to be included on my account anywhere? Anyway I’ve entered this information as requested and you’ve not provided me with a PAC.

Anyone know what to do?

Thank you for your post, and I’m sorry you’re having trouble receiving your PAC code.

To get this resolved quickly, please contact us directly so we can check whether your PAC has already been generated and, if needed, send it to you. If it has already been issued, please also check your junk/spam folders in case the message was filtered there.
