emergency calls only . in last 2 wedks

My phone for last 2 weeks haa been on emergency calls only apart from when i can get WIFI . ID have sent a new E Sim   out but has made no difference i took it to Currys they couldnt help & i have done everything that is on the chats to try and overcome the problem . If i cancel sim & buy a new phone its going to cost me £ 139 to cancel Sim . Can someone from ID please help
