Hi I’m trying to end my contract with ends on 18th November but it’s stated that if I proceed my pac code will terminate please can someone explain if I do this will my number stop immediately ? Also how do I request pac code to keep my number.

    To request a PAC (Porting Authorisation Code), text 'PAC' to 65075 from the mobile number you wish to keep.

    Submit your port request on the 17th and your iD Mobile service will end on the 18th. You can submit it earlier but expect an early termination fee.
