If you're coming to the end of your contract and would like to switch to a SIM Only plan, we'd be happy to help.

You can do this online by logging into your iD Mobile account and viewing the available SIM Only offers. If you'd prefer, you can also contact our Sales team on ,0800 049 0250 who will be happy to discuss the available options and help you choose the plan that's right for you.

So not sure whether I have done the right thing but I have purchased a month rolling pay only e sim….trying to set it up now but at what point can I cancel my other and request my pac to move over my number?

Thanks for getting in touch.

If your previous plan is also with iD Mobile, then unfortunately this won't work, as iD Mobile doesn't support internal number transfers. This means you won't be able to transfer your existing iD Mobile number to another iD Mobile plan using a PAC.

In this situation, we'd recommend contacting our Customer Service team via Live Chat to arrange a return of the new plan. They can then transfer you to our Sales team, who will be able to help you upgrade on your existing account so you can keep your current number.
