End of Contract and leaving ID

IMG for upgrade this month, which I assume means I’m approaching the end of my 24 month contract. Where can I find the actual end date of my contract so I can work out when to leave and pay the minimal end of contract charges?

    Hi @Peter Sutton-Ball,

Thank you for getting in touch.

If you’re seeing that you’re eligible for an upgrade, this usually means you’re approaching the end of your minimum term. However, to confirm your exact contract end date, you can check this directly in your iD Mobile account.

📱 How to check your contract end date

    In the app:

    1. Open the iD Mobile app
    2. Go to My Account / Plan
    3. Select your active plan
    4. Look for “Minimum term end date” or “Contract end date”

    📄 Alternative options

    • Check your monthly bill, where the contract end date is often listed
    • Log in online and view your plan details

    📌 Important to know

    • Your contract end date is when you can leave without early termination fees
    • If you leave before this date, a final charge may apply based on the remaining term
    • Once you pass this date, your plan usually continues on a rolling monthly basis

    Hi @musiliu007,

All of our leaving options provide a 30-day period in one way or another, depending on how you choose to leave.

As your minimum contract ends on 7 November 2026, if you’re planning to keep your number and leave using a PAC code, we’d recommend arranging for your number to transfer by 6 November 2026 so that your iD Mobile account can disconnect on 7 November 2026.

A PAC code itself is valid for 30 days, so you can request it beforehand and then provide it to your new network when you’re ready to complete the transfer.

If you simply want to cancel without transferring your number, you can instead arrange a 30-day disconnection.
