Hello,

My contract finishes on the 23/10/26, Im going to leave ID but I want to know if I have to give notice of intention to leave? I don’t want to end it early then schedule as that will accrue early termination fee. But I also don’t want to pay another monthly bill when cancel after 23/10. Can you someone instruct me on what to do please?

Hi @Rampton92,

If you're planning to leave iD Mobile and keep your number, you can request your PAC code now and then give it to your new provider on 22/10/2026. The number transfer would then be scheduled for 23/10/2026 when your minimum term ends. This would allow the account to close without any early termination fees or additional monthly charges.

If you don't want to keep your number, you can request a STAC code instead. This works in a similar way, but your mobile number will be lost when the switch takes place.

Alternatively, you can request a standard 30-day disconnection. However, with this option, the account will remain active for the 30-day notice period and you'll be charged up until the date the plan is fully disconnected.
