If you intend to leave iD Mobile when your contract ends on 27 September 2026, please note that 30 days' notice is required to cancel your account if you wish to close it without switching your number to another network.

Alternatively, if you're moving to another provider, you can request a PAC (to keep your number) or a STAC (to get a new number). Once your new provider uses the code and the transfer completes, your iD Mobile account will automatically be cancelled, and no separate 30-day notice is required.

If you'd like to cancel at the end of your contract without transferring your number, please ensure you give us 30 days' notice to avoid charges beyond your intended cancellation date.
