fed up no data even when there is wifi

For weeks now I have had no data access I have some of last month data and all of this months data left ! It’s annoying and no turning off then on lasts like 2 seconds I can’t even use WiFi sometimes.

thinking of leaving! Ad there is no1 u can talk to but a bot that goes round in circles and then u loose connection 🙄 can’t even find out how long I have left but surely if I’m not getting service I can just leave !! Help me or loose me!

I'm really sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with your data. Please try the steps below, depending on the type of phone you have:

 

For Android:

  1. Open Settings
  2. Tap General Management
  3. Tap Reset
  4. Select Reset network settings

For iPhone:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Tap Phone
  3. Tap My Number
  4. Delete the old number
  5. Enter the new number
  6. Tap Save

Then follow these steps to refresh iMessage:

  • Go to Settings
  • Tap Messages
  • Turn iMessage OFF
  • Go to Settings > General
  • Tap Reset
  • Choose Reset Network Settings
  • Once your iPhone restarts, go back to Settings
  • Tap Messages
  • Turn iMessage ON again

Your iPhone should now recognise the new SIM and verify your number.

I had the a.same i bought 2 add ons in the end i complained
