I have suddenly lost all signal at home despite the id mobile network search showing strong 4g I now only get 1 bar of 4g.
My contract ends in April but I want to leave now if possible so I can connect to Vodafone a better signal.
How can I find out how much I will be charged to end my contract and keep my number?

Vodafone and Three have merged, so if you experience poor signal with Three (iD Mobile) you’ll likely encounter similar issues with Vodafone. While this might not be the case today, it’s likely to become so in a few months. Before switching providers, text INFO to 85075 to check your mobile phone contract details including any exit fees.

Via the iD Mobile App or Online Account
Open the iD Mobile app or go to my.idmobile.co.uk and log in.
Go to your Account / Plan section.
Look for “Leave iD” or “Cancel my plan”.
There should be an option to “Calculate leaving cost” or show your estimated final bill, including any early termination or remaining charges.
This section should show:
Outstanding charges up to disconnection.
Any early termination fee if you’re still in your minimum contract period.
Alternative: Text to Check Charge Quickly
If you don’t want to cancel immediately but want to see if there’s a charge and how much, you can:
Text INFO followed by your date of birth (DDMMYY) to 85075 from your iD Mobile number.
You’ll receive a text back with an estimate of any final charges, including early exit fees.
The final cost typically includes:
Remaining monthly line rental charges up to your contract end.
Any out-of-plan usage or extra charges.
Your early termination fee (if still in contract).
