How do i cancel a movile plan for a phone which no longer works and cannot receive text messages.

My daughter’s phone is broken and cannot receive text messages. I want to cancel her plan (I am able to cancel from November). However I can’t do this online or via the app as a text message is sent to the phone and the phone can’t receive text messages. Is there a number I can call or an email address to cancel the plan?

@Girl74  Generally speaking if you or your daughter has damaged the phone that's down to you. If you have an insurance against the phone this may be covered by the policy. Now if the phone is faulty due to manufacture or OS update and still in warranty you may be able to send it in for repair.

Phone contract are 1 year or 2 year's and your tied in to such an agreement unless you've cancelled within the allowed cooling of period.
