Thank you for your message.

The quickest way to get your iD Mobile PAC code is to text "PAC" followed by your date of birth in DDMMYY format (e.g., PAC 171202) to 65075.

Hi, how long does the PAC code last till it expires? And Do I need to request it before my plan cancellation or I can do it after? Thank you

Thank you for your post. Kindly note that a PAC code is valid for 30 days from the date it is processed.
