how do i request a new esim code (I don not have access to the Id mobile app)

how do i request a new esim code (I don not have access to the Id mobile app) or the phone number (not the one on this account ) as I accidentally deleted the esim of my phone after using the one time code. I want to either cancel the contract or get access to it so I can cancel the esim.

Hi ​@Alexandremonoyioudis , I am so sorry that you have accidentally deleted your eSim. Without an active sim you will not be able to get a verification code and therefore we cent provide another eSim. I would advise that you get a replacement sim card from your nearest Currys store. When you get it, you can contact us to activate it and then provide an eSim for you. To cancel you can contact us via live chat. Our Live Chat team are available 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday, and 9am - 6pm Saturday, Sunday, and Bank Holidays.

Here’s what to do:

-Check that your email address registered with iD Mobile is correct.

-Look in your spam/junk folder to see if the email landed there.
