Trying to leave ID mobile. Need PAC code. Phone will not send SMS message (constant "trying to connect message") and requesting PAC via the awful app just get the usual "oops ... something went wrong" and chat is a useless bot

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble obtaining your PAC code, especially when you're also experiencing issues with texts and the app.
In this situation, we'd recommend contacting our Customer Service Team via Live Chat so they can assist further with your PAC request: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat
We appreciate that this isn't ideal, particularly if you've already tried the app and are unable to receive SMS messages.
