How to cancel contract on app or website

Hello,

I was eagerly waiting for my upgrade window which has just started (2 months left on contract).

The phone I was looking to upgrade to has a more expensive monthly bill than I was expecting.

I've looked elsewhere and seen some better deals for the same phone.

Tried online chat with ID mobile to see if they could match the offer but can't connect to live chat. The offer I've seen elsewhere is with ID mobile lol.

So....I may as well pay off my contract and get the contract elsewhere.

I can't find an option on the app or website to pay the contract off.

Anyone have any advice?

I’m really sorry to hear that you’re having issues with your disconnection request. Here are the ways you can disconnect your account:

 

Method 1: Through the iD Mobile app or online account

  • Log in to your account on the app or website.
  • Go to the "My Account" or "Plan" section.
  • Click "Manage my plan" or "Thinking of leaving?"
  • Follow the on-screen prompts to "End my plan," "Cancel my iD plan," or "Switch or Cancel Now."

 

Method 2: Through Live Chat

  • Access the Live Chat service via the iD Mobile website or app.
  • Once connected to an agent, clearly state that you wish to cancel your plan.
  • Please note that 30 days’ notice is required according to the terms and conditions.
