I was eagerly waiting for my upgrade window which has just started (2 months left on contract).
The phone I was looking to upgrade to has a more expensive monthly bill than I was expecting.
I've looked elsewhere and seen some better deals for the same phone.
Tried online chat with ID mobile to see if they could match the offer but can't connect to live chat. The offer I've seen elsewhere is with ID mobile lol.
So....I may as well pay off my contract and get the contract elsewhere.
I can't find an option on the app or website to pay the contract off.
Anyone have any advice?
