how to cancel my contract without my phone number

To cancel your contracts, you have a few options available:

STAC code (immediate disconnection)
This cancels your contract straight away without keeping your number. You’ll need to provide the STAC code to your new provider (if you have one). Please only choose this option if you’re moving to another network and can use the STAC code, as otherwise the account will remain active.

PAC code (keep your number)
This allows you to transfer your mobile number to a different network.

30-day notice cancellation
Your service will remain active for 30 days, after which the contract will disconnect automatically.
