Thank you for getting in touch. I understand that you’d like to leave iD Mobile before the end of your contract.

You can request an early cancellation through the iD Mobile app:

1. Open the iD Mobile app and log in.
2. Select Services.
3. Choose the relevant mobile number.
4. Select Manage your plan.
5. Select Leave iD Mobile and follow the on-screen instructions.

Please be aware that if you leave before the end of your minimum contract term, early termination charges may apply. The app will provide the applicable termination fee when you go through the cancellation process.

Please also note that the termination fee shown may exclude one month’s line rental, so the final amount due may be different from the termination fee initially displayed.

We recommend reviewing the amount shown before confirming the cancellation so you’re aware of the charges that may apply.
