Question

How to move plan to different network?

Hi,

As name change is not possible on the ID Mobile accounts I wanted to use already suggested option of transfer to other network, changing details there and then joining back ID.

I have 2 numbers to my ID account but I want only moving/changing one of them.

Is it possible, please?

If so what should I do, please?

Cheers!

Seb

Simply request a PAC Code for the number you want to transfer and provide it to the new network.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with iD Mobile or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. Did my comment help answer your question? If so, don't forget to mark the response as the Most Helpful Answer.

    Hi @IvanMTB

Thank you for getting in touch with us.

Yes, it is possible to move just one number from your iD Mobile account while keeping the other number active.

To do this, you would need to request a PAC code for the specific number you wish to transfer. You can then provide this PAC code to another network provider to move that number across. Once the number has been transferred, you can update your details with the new provider.

If you would like to return to iD Mobile afterwards, you can request a new PAC code from that provider and use it to transfer your number back to us.

Please note that the second number on your account will remain active and unaffected.

If you would like us to generate the PAC code for you or need any assistance with the process, please send us a private messagge.

    Thank you,
