How to stop unwanted emails

I’ve recently signed up with ID mobile and am already fed up with being bombarded with unwanted emails advertising services I don’t want. There is no option to unsubscribe - which I thought companies were required to provide?

If I could ring someone or email them to discuss this I’d be happy to do so - but ID Mobile seem to prefer a strictly one-way traffic - they will contact you as much as they like but you can’t contact them.

Seriously considering cancelling the contract.

If you'd like to stop receiving marketing communications, you can manage your preferences by following the steps in the guide below:

It's worth noting that there are different types of communications. While you can opt out of marketing communications, we'll still send service-related communications where necessary, such as important account, billing or service updates.

The guide above explains how to review and update your communication preferences so that you only receive the communications you're happy to receive.
