I am not receiving any data from ID since a new update was added to my phone I am trying to restore my phone but cant Please help otherwise I will have to join a network where i can speak with an actual human!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Which make and model phone do you have? Can you advise if the SIM works in another handset?

    Hi Kashif. It’s an iPhone pro 14. I haven’t tried it in another phone I could do tomorrow? Thank you for trying to help.

    Please can you try resetting your network settings, if that doesn’t work please test the SIM in another handset.

    If you don’t see any improvement it may be a SIM issue.
