Thank you for sharing. I’m sorry to hear you're not receiving OTP messages from your banks abroad. I understand how inconvenient that is.

A few things you can try in the meantime:

• Turn on Airplane Mode, then turn Wi-Fi back on. This can help route SMS delivery over the internet.
• Manually select a partner network in your phone's cellular network settings.
• Check that international roaming is enabled and that you don't have a spend cap set that could be blocking messages.
